Prepare 1 pouch (100g), 500g crab or 300g mixed seafood, 1 tomato (cut into wedges), 1/4 tablespoon glutinous rice flour mixed with 12.5g water and 5g ground dried shrimp (optional).
Lightly beaten 1 egg and prepare finely chopped coriander leaves.
Cook all the ingredients in (1) until crab or seafood are cooked. Add beaten egg, mix well and bring to boil. Then, add coriander leaves and it is ready to serve.
